Inspirational Web Designs (inspirationalwebdesigns.com) is operated by Custom Logic (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means Custom Logic (Pty) Ltd.

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Email address — when you complete the style quiz or purchase a brief. Used to deliver your style profile and brief download link.
• Quiz answers — your responses to the style quiz questions. Stored to generate your style profile and personalise your brief.
• Brief answers — your responses to the brief generator questionnaire. Used solely to generate your design brief.
• Payment information — processed by PayFast or Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Refer to PayFast's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Used for security and to understand how the site is used.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your style profile and brief PDF by email
• Process and verify your payment
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase (order confirmation, download link)
• Improve the service based on how it is used

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling beyond what is described here.

The gallery on this site includes entries tagged with the tools they were built with (Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Shopify, and others). Some of these tags link to the tool's website using affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click a link and subsequently purchase a product or subscription.

Affiliate links are used for Built with tags and CTAs on gallery entry pages. They are not paid placements — entries are not added to the gallery because of an affiliate relationship. Curation decisions are made independently.

We are participants in affiliate programmes operated by Webflow, Framer, ThemeForest, and others. Commissions earned help fund the running of this site.

Where a link is an affiliate link, it is used with rel="noopener noreferrer sponsored" in accordance with search engine guidelines.

• Resend — transactional email delivery (style profiles, brief download links)
• PayFast — payment processing for South African customers
• Stripe — payment processing for international customers
• Anthropic Claude API — AI generation of design briefs. Brief answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your PDF. Refer to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.

As a South African company, we are subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention obligations
• Object to the processing of your information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa

We retain your email address and quiz/brief answers for as long as necessary to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

We use a session cookie to maintain your quiz progress and login state. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
